One of the quickest and best ways I know how to improve a Power BI report it is to sit with someone who uses it. Getting direct feedback from a business person who uses the report has a way of lighting up what’s important and what could be cut. It’s a great time to learn more about the business we support and it’s normally a surprise to me what they deem important and which problems they are solving.

You can apply this to all sorts of projects and businesses – spend some time to learn about your customers and figure out which problems they are needed to solve. Then the rest is easy – create value by helping them solve those problems.
